Vitalia Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Vitalia. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium hair treatments. Because our products are handcrafted and hygiene-sensitive, our policy is designed to ensure safety for all our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and with the original security seal intact.

  • The product must be in its original premium packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items: Any bottle where the seal has been broken or the packaging has been significantly damaged by the customer cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Leaking Items

We strive for perfection, but if your order arrives damaged or leaking due to transit:

  • Please take a clear photo and a short video of the damaged bottle and the shipping label.

  • Email these details to Vitalianaturals1@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 03044596426 within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will send a fresh replacement to you immediately at no additional cost.

3. The Return Process

  1. Request: Contact our support team with your Order Number and the reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once we verify the item is still sealed, we will provide you with the return shipping address for our Lahore studio.

  3. Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return courier charges. We recommend using a trackable service PostEx

4. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD)

Since COD payments are collected in cash by the courier, we cannot refund cash directly to your doorstep.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you for your bank account details, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa information.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item reaches our facility.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Vitalianaturals1@gmail.com
